Dr. Rinchen Chophel is the Director General of SAIEVAC, and a member of the Committee on the Rights of the Child. He is an expert on Gender, Human Rights and a key Champion of Ending Violence Against Children, nationally, regionally and globally. He supports multitude of agencies including the SAARC Secretariat in many key regional projects and initiatives. He has extensive experience in working with the Governments of South Asia as well as with the UN and civil society in the Region.
